How to provide feedback or make a complaint
We welcome your feedback about our Local Court staff and services. Our Court Services Complaints and Other Feedback Policy (PDF , 417.3 KB) sets out Court Services' approach for managing complaints and other feedback.
Please use the list of court locations to contact the registry office for the court related to your feedback or complaint. The court locations list provides contact details for each court.
Our aim is to resolve a complaint within 3 weeks of receiving your email, where possible.
